Nancy Mary Parise (nee Biamonte), 97, of Carlstadt for over 80 years and formerly of East Rutherford, passed away on April 27, 2021. For over 25 years she worked for Airwick Industries in Wayne, retiring at the age of 68. Mrs. Parise was a parishioner of St. Joseph’s R.C. Church, a member of the Rosary Altar Society and the Carlstadt Senior Friendship Club. For many years, Nancy would volunteer to cook and serve food at the Wallington Nutrition Center. She enjoyed dancing, especially line dancing and spending time with her granddaughters and great grandchildren. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Parise. Loving mother of Helene Nagurka and Linda Gary. Cherished grandmother of Dawn Switzer and her husband John and Jill Schwerd and her husband Gregory and great grandmother of Jonas Switzer, Brendan Switzer and Hope Schwerd. Funeral departing from the Kimak Funeral Home, 425 Broad Street, Carlstadt on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at 10:30 AM for a Funeral Mass in St. Joseph’s R.C. Church, East Rutherford at 11:00 AM. Interment St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Lyndhurst. Visitation Friday 4-8 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Carlstadt Volunteer Ambulance Corps., P.O. Box 84, Carlstadt, NJ 07072.
