Obituary

Rosalie Manzo (nee Diana), 90, of Jersey City, NJ, passed away on March 14, 2021.
Beloved wife of the late Raphael “Ray” Manzo and of the late Giuseppe “Joe” Messina. Loving mother of DonnaLee Ann Rubino and the late Roseann Pascale and Raymond Manzo. Stepmother of Paula Stallone and her husband Sam. Cherished grandmother of Tricia, Michael, Anthony, Raymond, Jr., Dino, Dawn, Starla, Maria, and Samantha. Great grandmother of Ashley, Raymond III, Anthony, DJ, Jessica, Christopher, and Shea Avery. Dear sister of the late Joseph Diana.
Rosalie always put family first and loved spending time with them, but she also valued the many friends she had met over the years. Among other things, Rosalie enjoyed cooking, home decorating, gardening, and her prayer group. She was also involved with her community, where she spent a lot of time working with the local animal shelter, fostering feral cats, and helping them find their forever home. Rosalie was a daughter of God and believer in Jesus Christ – always caring for others without asking for anything in return. She will be missed by many.
Cremation was private. Arrangements - Kimak Funeral Home, Carlstadt, NJ.
In lieu of flowers, donations are appreciated in honor of Rosalie to:

To the family of Rosalie Manzo,
My condolences to you for the loss of your loved one. I meet Rosalie when I first moved in the Kroll Heights building in 07/ 2014. She was a beautiful person inside and out, she loved to bake and cook and she was a wonderful cook she had a heart of gold, specially for animals, I saw her love for the feral cats that she would feed every day..
I will miss her dearly.❤
